| I have announced it time and time again that marketing,
irrespective of what type you select, is a building process.
Here is all of it summed up in one situation : presume briefly
you had never heard of this thing called'Cola'. You go to your
mailbox and get your mail to find a postcard that asserts'New
Fizzy Drink! You will adore It! A Taste Like Nothing you've had
Before!' you could run right out and try it, but quite
possible, not. The majority will not.
So you get a 2nd postcard. Still you do nothing.
Then you're chatting to you are a mate from across city who
asserts'Hey, have you attempted this Cola thing?' it seems that
after he got his 2nd postcard he went out and got a bottle to
give it a try. Now the 3rd postcard shows up and you are
thinking'OK, fine, I should give it a try.' And you do, and you
do love it, and it's like nothing else.
