The areas in the tropics and Antarctic and Arctic circles
are known as the middle latitudes. These areas customarily
experience moderate climates with 4 distinct seasons. This kind
of climate is known as the temperate climates that have cold
winters and warm summers with a uniform rainfall.
The area between the Antarctic and Arctic circles and the
poles is named the high latitudes that experience polar
climates. The winters are exceedingly long and cold whilst the
summers are a little hotter here.
Snowfall is common in the Polar climate sectors. Though the
climate sections provide with a broad helicopter view of the
worldwide weather, each sector experience some variations in
the local weathers. These climate areas are further
sub-classified based primarily on maritime and continental
places.
The maritime places are the areas along the coasts having a
totally different climate from the continental or inland
places. However the sub-classifications can't explain the
variations thanks to the sea currents and mountain ranges. It
is visible the worldwide sectors of climate change hereabouts
to a degree. In a few cases, these variations may endure for
ages and result in enigmas in the climatic conditions. Still
the classifications of worldwide sectors of climate are useful
in providing with an idea of the weather patterns across the
world and the anticipated weather for an area.
